More recently she has installed her own home-based ‘state of the art’ sound recording facility for rapid response and turn-around times utilising industry standard MBox and LE ProTools. It is here that she recorded the voice-over for the launch in October 2016 of a new novel ‘Leviathan’s Blood’, part of a Children’s Trilogy by the Australian sci-fi novelist Ben Peek. This was later animated into a fascinating production in which her spoken words literally pour onto the page and move around. You can view the final production here:

The well known Ireland-based artist Martin Healy has produced several audio visual installations, one of which, ‘A Moment Twice Lived’ is voiced by Nicola and can be seen at:

Nicola Lindsay originally trained as a professional model with the Miriam Woodbyrne Agency and continued to model in programmes such as RTE’s Afternoon Show and Off The Rails.  She has also been the centre character in large billboard advertising campaigns for the EBS and for Dennys.

Formerly with Assets Agency, she is now represented by the Ann Curtis Agency




Nicola Lindsay has featured in several commercials including long-running TV and cinema ads for AIB , Discover Ireland, Dunnes Stores and Actimel. She also had a significant role in an HSE Ambulance Service Training Video in 2016. She voiced for international companies’ corporate videos such as Hewlett Packard / SnapFish and performed part of the ADR soundtrack for the BBC TV series ‘Ripper Street’.
